Yes. A valid credit or debit card is required. The card must match the renter’s name for security and authorization purposes.
Yes. A refundable security deposit is required for all rentals. If no issues are found, Deposits are typically returned within 3–7 business days after the vehicle is returned and inspected, depending on your bank.
You must provide a valid driver’s license, matching payment method, and proof of insurance if required.
Drivers must be at least 21 years old. Certain premium or exotic vehicles may require a higher minimum age.
Yes. Premium and exotic vehicles are available in limited quantity. Additional verification, higher deposits, or stricter requirements may apply. Typically only 25+ allowed to rent these vehicles.
Yes. Each rental includes a set daily mileage allowance. Additional miles are charged per mile if exceeded.
Only approved drivers listed on the rental are allowed to operate the vehicle. Unauthorized drivers are strictly prohibited.
Out-of-state travel must be approved in advance. Unauthorized travel may result in penalties or termination of the rental.
No. Commercial use including rideshare or delivery services is strictly prohibited unless explicitly approved.
Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level provided at pickup. Missing fuel will be charged at a premium rate.
No. Smoking or vaping in the vehicle is strictly prohibited and will result in a cleaning fee.
Pets are only allowed in select vehicles with approval. Unauthorized pet transport may result in cleaning charges.
Late returns are subject to additional hourly or daily charges. Repeated or excessive delays may result in penalties or account restrictions.
Vehicles must be returned in reasonable condition. Excessive dirt, stains, or odors will result in a cleaning fee.
The renter is responsible for any damage during the rental period unless covered by an approved insurance policy or protection plan.
All tolls, tickets, and violations incurred during your rental will be charged to the renter, including any administrative processing fees.
All towing, storage, and recovery fees are the renter’s responsibility.
Lost or damaged keys will result in replacement fees, including locksmith or dealership costs if required.
Cancellations may be subject to fees depending on how close the cancellation is to the booking date. Last-minute cancellations are typically non-refundable.
You will have direct support. Unlike traditional companies, you are not dealing with a call center, allowing faster resolution of issues.
Yes. Vehicles may be equipped with GPS tracking for security, safety, and compliance purposes.
