These Terms & Conditions govern use of the BlackStone Fleet LLC website, rental inquiries, and communications. Vehicle rentals are also subject to the specific rental agreement, reservation details, and disclosures provided before a rental is finalized. If the rental agreement differs from general website descriptions, the applicable executed agreement controls the rental transaction to the extent permitted by law.
2. Rental requests and approval
Submitting a request does not guarantee availability or confirm a reservation. Requests are subject to vehicle availability, driver eligibility, identity and license verification, insurance review when applicable, and approval by BlackStone Fleet LLC. We will communicate the applicable rental terms before confirmation.
3. Pricing, payment, and deposits
Website prices and estimates may change with dates, vehicle selection, rental duration, delivery, selected extras, fees, taxes, and applicable charges. The booking process or final rental agreement will identify the amount due, payment timing, and any security deposit. Refunds and cancellation charges, if applicable, follow the disclosed reservation terms and rental agreement. Do not send card information through SMS, chat, or ordinary email.
4. Driver requirements and vehicle use
Renters and any additional drivers must meet the stated age and eligibility requirements, provide a valid driver's license, and comply with the rental agreement. Only approved drivers may operate a vehicle. Mileage limits, fuel or charging requirements, vehicle condition, prohibited uses, pickup and return timing, and any additional fees are set out in the applicable vehicle listing and rental agreement.
5. Pickup, delivery, changes, and cancellation
Pickup and delivery options are subject to location and scheduling availability. Contact us promptly to request a date, location, driver, or vehicle change. We will confirm whether changes can be accommodated and disclose any applicable price change. A cancelled, denied, or unapproved request is not an active reservation.
6. Website information and availability
We aim to keep vehicle information and website functionality accurate, but photos, features, prices, and availability may change. Please contact our team if a listing appears inconsistent. Do not misuse the website, submit false information, or interfere with booking and support services.
7. BlackStone Fleet SMS program
If you separately and voluntarily opt in, BlackStone Fleet LLC may send recurring transactional and customer-care text messages concerning your rental requests, availability, reservation status, missing documents, deposits or payment reminders, pickup or delivery, returns, and support. Message frequency varies with rental activity. Message and data rates may apply.

We do not use consent to rental-related texts as permission for promotional marketing texts; any marketing program requires separate opt-in. We may contact you to respond to your inquiry or administer your rental using the details you provide, consistent with your communication preferences and applicable law. 9. Changes to these terms
We may update these website terms and post the revised version here with a new effective date. Changes will not retroactively alter a signed rental agreement unless allowed by that agreement and applicable law.
